Prices are effective 01 July 2006 to 01 April 2007 and are subject to an additional service charge of 15%. Prices are subject to change without notice.
A fuel surcharge may be additional depending on economic events outside our control. AS OF 7/26/06, THE FUEL SURCHARGE IS 5%.
Charter rates are computed on the greater of the hourly charge or mileage charge. Tolls, parking, admission fees and the like are additional at cost.
Overnight trips are calculated on the daily rate, which is the twelve (12) hour rate, and the client is responsible for drivers’ accommodations.
Driver narration is an additional $25/hour with a four (4) hour minimum. A deposit of 25% of estimated charges is required to confirm a reservation and full payment is required 7 days in advance of the trip.
All cancellations are subject to an administrative fee of $50.00. Cancellations with fewer than 14 days notice are subject to a 25% cancellation fee. Cancellations with fewer than 72 hours notice are subject to full payment.
